NBA TV is premiering
a documentary on the Wilt Chamberlain 100 point game on Fri 3/2 at 7 pm ET. This marks the 50th anniversary of this historic game which went untelevised. This documentary which will be narrated by Bill Russell sounds extremely interesting.
It wasn't bad - of course no films exist, which made it difficult, but it did a good job of putting the game in perspective.
ReplyDeleteI agree that it was rather well done considering the absence of video footage. The documentary (and the staggering statistics mentioned in it) served as a reminder as to how dominant Wilt was in his prime.
